User agreement and Game License
Version 1.9.0 - Subject to further review - April, 2024
THIS AGREEMENT DESCRIBES THE TERMS THAT NARUTO UNLEASHED RPG OFFERS ACCESS TO AN ACCOUNT (THE "ACCOUNT") TO PLAY NARUTO UNLEASHED ONLINE GAME (THE "GAME"). By signing up using our registration form, you accept the terms and conditions below.
1. We may change this Agreement at any time, at our discretion. The changes will be communicated to you the moment you log in to your account. These changes will take effect whenever we make the notification available for your review.
2. Accounts are available to anyone over the age of 18 or, at their discretion, the minor child. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian should check the registration process. In that event, they will assume full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement. You cannot transfer or share your account with anyone, except that if you are a parent or guardian, you can allow a child to use the account instead of you (in which case, you cannot use that account) or the exceptions listed in the rules . You are responsible for all activities performed through the Account, and parents or guardians are responsible for their childrens activities. Companies and other entities are not eligible to purchase accounts.
3. To play, you must (a) register on our account registration page and (b) have an Internet connection (which we do not provide) to access your account. In addition to the fees described in this document, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including those that you are not required to collect) and for all hardware, software, service and other costs incurred to access your Account. You understand that we can update or improve the GAME at any time, without any notification.
4. During registration, you will receive a password. You cannot disclose your password to third parties. We never ask for your password by phone or email, and you should not disclose it that way if someone asks. While we may offer a feature that allows you to "save" or "remember" your password on your hard drive, please note that third parties can access your computer and therefore your account.
5. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use it to play the Game through an authorized Account. You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, loan, modify or create derivative works, adapt, translate, execute, display, sublicense or transfer any content, if the GAME. You may not copy any of the written materials that accompany the GAME.
6. We may terminate this Agreement (including your Account) immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement or repeatedly infringe any third partys intellectual property rights, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, or during the game. , chat or any player activity, whatever, at our discretion. If we terminate this Agreement in such circumstances, you will lose access to your Account.
7. We acknowledge that Naruto Unleashed is a fan-based game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of Naruto. Any purchases made within the game are considered voluntary donations to support operational costs and are not for profit. We and our suppliers retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the game. The game's content and data stored on our servers remain the property of Naruto Unleashed, and we reserve the right to modify them as necessary. All data stored on our servers are considered property of Naruto Unleashed, and we can change them at any time.
8. You may not use our intellectual property rights contained in the Game to create or provide any other means by which the Game can be played by third parties, such as through server emulators or the like. You cannot take any action that imposes an excessive or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You cannot access the game or your account through any software other than the standard web browser or wap. You cannot use automated scripts, programs or the like to access your account.
9. To obtain an account, you will need to choose a username. Although you are encouraged to use a pseudonym, especially if you are a minor, you will not be able to choose a name that violates trademarks, publicity rights, other proprietary rights or names that may be considered offensive. Your Content must not: (a) infringe any third party intellectual property, other proprietary or publicity / privacy rights; (b) violate any law or regulation; (c) be defamatory, obscene, pornographic or harmful to minors; or (d) contain computer programming routines that intend to damage, interfere harmfully, intercept or clandestinely expropriate any system, data or personal information.
11. WE PROVIDE THE ACCOUNT, THE GAME AND ALL OTHER SERVICES "AS IS". WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free or safe operation of the Game or your Account. Some states / countries do not allow an implied warranty disclaimer, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from region to region.
12. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from any causes beyond our reasonable control.
